Major  Responsibilities    主要工作职责

        Grasp  the  requirements  of  product  contract,  technique  agreement,  product  drawing,  industry  procedure  and  related  standard  and  prepare  NDE  procedure.  消化、掌握产品合同、技术协议、产品图纸、加工工艺及有关标准的要求，并编制无损检测规程。

        Perform  NDE  according  to  NDE  procedures  or  work  instructions.  按无损检测规程或作业指导书实施无损检测活动。

        Prepare  NDE  records  and  reports,  maintain  the  log  of  test  report,  and  establish  product  archives.作好原始记录，开具无损检测报告，维护报告台账，建立产品档案。

        Identify  and  solve  problems  arising  during  examination  in  time.  发现并及时处理检测中出现的问题。

        Manage  NDE  equipments  and  documents.管理无损检测设备与文件。

        Responsible  for  any  continual  improvement  of  NDE  process  and  on-site  management.负责无损检测过程与现场管理的任何持续改进。

        Complete  all  other  works  arranged  by  the  superior,  including  but  not  limited  to  domestic  and  overseas  business  trips.  完成领导安排的其他工作,包括但不限于国内外出差。


Special  Skills  专业技能

1.  Experience  in  engineering  application.  具有工程应用经验。 

2.  Level  II  or  above  personnel  qualification  for  non-destructive  examination,  nuclear  filed  and  physical  &  chemical  testing  experience  are  preferred  （HAF602）.  具备无损检测II  级或以上资格，核级优先（HAF602），具备理化检验技能尤佳。

3.  Experiences  in  NDE  procedure  preparation  and  technology  management.    具备无损检测工艺编制和技术管理经验。

4.  Fundamental  principles  of  forging,  casting  and  welding  technology.  了解锻造、铸造和焊接技术的基本原理。

5.  Basic  knowledge  about  nuclear  law,  regulations,  codes  and  standards  （ASME,  RCC-M,  Chinese  nuclear  regulations,  GB）.  熟悉核电法律、法规、规范和标准，如ASME、RCC-M、中国核安全法规标准、GB。

6.  EDP  proficiency  （MS  Office:  Word/Excel,  etc.）.  熟练掌握电子数据处理手段如Word/Excel等。

7.  Good  English  including  specific  terminology  about  mechanical  engineering.

      良好的英语水平，包括熟悉机械工程专业术语。
